FULL Concert Ticket Disclaimer

By purchasing, possessing, or using this ticket, the holder (“Ticket Holder”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:
 

1. Assumption of Risk: Attendance at the event is at the Ticket Holder’s own risk. The event organizers, venue, promoters, and associated parties are not responsible for personal injury, illness, property damage, lost or stolen items, or other harm arising from attendance.
 

2. No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided except as required by law or at the sole discretion of the event organizer.
 

3. Event Changes & Cancellation: The event schedule, performers, and venue are subject to change. If the event is canceled or rescheduled, the organizer’s liability is limited to the face value of the ticket.
 

4. Prohibited Conduct: The Ticket Holder agrees to comply with all venue rules and regulations, including security screenings, prohibited items, and conduct policies. Violation of these terms may result in ejection without refund.
 

5. Recording & Use of Likeness: The Ticket Holder consents to being photographed, filmed, or recorded at the event and grants the organizer the right to use their likeness for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation.
 

6. Resale Restrictions: Tickets may not be resold or transferred in violation of applicable laws or venue policies. Unauthorized resale or use may result in ticket invalidation.
 

7. Force Majeure: The event organizer shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
 

8. Liability Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Ticket Holder waives any claims against the event organizer, venue, performers, sponsors, and affiliates for any loss, injury, or damages incurred.
 

9. Jurisdiction & Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of virginia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.

 

By attending the event, the Ticket Holder acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
